Mr. Lasnick is the CEO of Kapex Technology, LLC and a parent with children at Treasure Valley Classical Academy. He has extensive information technology experience in systems and application programming, business analytics, project and portfolio management, and cloud computing. Mr. Lasnick was one of the founders of Treasure Valley Classical Academy and has been the chair of their board since 2019. He worked closely with Stephen Lambert to launch American Classical Schools of Idaho and was selected by the board to serve as chair.
Board Vice Chair
Mrs. David is the community member who originally conceptualized the Idaho Novus Classical Academy project, brokered the land donation, and led the founding board as chair. Previously, she served on the Compass Public Charter School Board of Directors in Meridian. She is a registered nurse by trade and spent seven years working for St. Luke's. Since then, she has become a prolific volunteer, serving in a variety of roles to improve the region and prepare the next generation of citizens.
Mr. Bassetti brings two decades of experience in information technology to the board. Currently, he works as a technology auditor and organizational risk assessor for Stratagroup. Mr. Bassetti began this journey as a parent of students at Treasure Valley Classical Academy and then became a member of the founding board for Idaho Novus Classical Academy. Professionally, he is interested in organizational growth and development and focuses on this as a board member.
Mrs. Saylor's son attends Treasure Valley Classical Academy, where she has served as a board member since 2021. She is a retired bank executive who previously homeschooled her son using Hillsdale Academy's classical curriculum. Mrs. Saylor is passionate about the mission of American Classical Schools of Idaho and its emphasis on virtuous living, traditional learning, and civic responsibility. She is thankful that her son has been able to attend an outstanding American classical school and is motivated to make that option available to more families.
