Cross Country

Idaho Novus Classical Academy is pleased to offer a Cross Country program right here in the beautiful foothills of Avimor with its hundreds of miles of trails and stark alpine scenery. Spring Cross Country will begin on Monday, March 31 for students in grades 5-6 and meets from 3:45-4:30 pm.

To register, please complete the following tasks:

• First, please read the disclosure and liability waiver (“XC Spring 2025 Acknowledgements”) below.
• Second, log into MySchoolBucks and “purchase” a Cross Country registration through the “Cross Country Registration Spring 2025″. This will cost zero dollars, but it will allow you to fill out a form and provide electronic signatures attesting that you have read the details listed in the Acknowledgements PDF.
• Third, print out and complete the Athletics Physical Form. Note that your student must be examined by a licensed medical professional. Once completed, please return this form to the Front Office. Students who already turned in a fall physical do not need to do so again.
• Fourth, please set your PickUp Patrol dismissal plans to Cross Country by 2:00 pm on each day of practice.

Lastly, please find the season schedule and other details attached below. Please note that time trials will be held on the first day of practice: those students unable or unwilling to run a mile in under 10 minutes will be cut from the team. The uniform for cross country will be the standard Idaho Novus uniform for physical education.
