Idaho Novus Classical Academy is pleased to offer a Cross Country program right here in the beautiful foothills of Avimor with its hundreds of miles of trails and stark alpine scenery.
Mrs. Hayes is proud to announce the return of Idaho Novus’ future state championship-winning cross country team for the fall of 2025.
Runners should expect the season to look broadly similar to last year: practices will be held after school each week between 3:45 and 4:30pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Students in 6th and 7th grade will also have the opportunity to participate in three meets: the Middleton Soggy Sneaker Run on Wednesday, August 27; the Nampa Invite on Saturday, September 13; and the Eagle Island XC Invitational on Saturday, September 20. The season will begin with a mandatory parent-student orientation after school on Wednesday, August 20. The season will run into October. The official calendar will be distributed at Open House.
Students in grades 5 and above are eligible to register. Students must submit a physical to the Front Office in order to participate.
